Design and Construction

The OPTILIFT is built on a hot-dip galvanized steel frame, providing resistance to weather conditions and heavy use. The tilting platform operates on hydraulic cylinders, allowing for smooth lowering of the entire platform to a loading angle of less than 8°. The floor is made of perforated steel or aluminum – this facilitates cleaning and provides traction for the tires. Integrated mounts, LED lighting, and the option of aluminum rims also make it a representative tow truck.
